What could be possible if you stopped denying the magnificence of who you really are?
Hi, I'm Raj.
And I never imagined I could feel this deeply trusting of life, this wildly alive, and this free to be myself.
I.The Search
For a long time, I saw myself as a project to "work on."
In 2020, I walked through the ending of a relationship that changed the course of my life. It opened a journey into the deepest parts of me.
I was on a relentless pursuit to learn how to love myself. And how to experience the freedom I somehow knew was possible.
So I went seeking.
Hypnotherapy. Plant medicine. Vipassana. Men's work. Healing circles. 400+ interviews on my podcast. Thousands of hours dedicated to reflection & sense making.
Every experience revealed a new layer. And for years, I kept going deeper.
But underneath all of it was a question I couldn't seem to answer.
When am I finally going to feel like I'm enough?
I was learning so much about myself. I had so much awareness of my patterns. I had a healthy relationship with my emotions. I was healing the experiences of my past.
And yet, somehow, I was still losing myself in my relationships. Still working tirelessly to prove my worth. Still finding myself in painful patterns, wondering how I'd ended up there again.
I'd done so much work on myself. What was I missing?
And then I had an experience with my mother that changed something fundamental in me.
II.The Mother
We sat across from each other and gazed into each other's eyes.
As she simply sat there with me, I began to feel long-held emotional memories moving through my body.
I could feel my four-year-old self fighting for my mom's attention when my little brother was born.
My seven-year-old self trying to make my mom proud at a school event.
My eleven-year-old self wishing my mom would stay home instead of going to work.
Parts of me I'd buried so deeply, still waiting to be met with love.
And as I experienced those younger versions of myself being held in her loving presence, something extraordinary happened.
I wasn't simply experiencing my mother's love.I was remembering the love of The Mother.
That experience rearranged my psyche and activated a part of my soul that had forgotten it had always been whole.
I was coming home to something I'd always known.
In the aftermath, I felt a peace I'd been craving my entire life.
I could finally rest in my enoughness.
I didn't have to try so hard to be.
Some experiences don't simply help us heal. They remind us of who we are.
III.The Discovery
Months had passed, and the deep sense of peace I'd found in that experience was still with me.
I became wildly devoted to reverse engineering what had happened in that moment with my mother.
What had allowed for such a profound restoration of my inner child?
How did her gaze unlock so many memories in such a short period of time?
And most importantly, could I create an experience that allowed others to feel that same depth of restoration within themselves, without their mothers present?
What began as a personal revelation grew into a decade of exploration, 10,000+ hours of research, and journeys guided for thousands of people.
And over time, two experiences emerged.
Together, they became the heart of a new journey.
The Love Quest.
