Why Liberate.Love exists

Helping humans restore love within themselves is the greatest gift we can offer this planet.

Because when we stop judging ourselves, we stop judging each other. When we can hold compassion for our shortcomings, we can hold empathy for others. And when we feel safe in our bodies, we experience safety on this planet.

When we love ourselves,
the world is a more loving place.

01 · The simple truth we forget

You are not a problem to be solved. You are a miracle to be remembered.

So much of our suffering comes when we forget this simple truth. We grow up inside families where hurt happens, and we take on identities of unworthiness. We live with outdated patterns that harmfully react to others when they mirror something we experienced growing up. We carry unhelpful beliefs about what we’re allowed to feel, about what we have to be in order to be worthy of love.

All of it is noise. All of it is pulling us out of harmony with ourselves and others, causing us to act from fear, shame, and blame instead of truth, beauty, and love.

02 · Where our stories come from

Most of the stories we carry about worth weren’t consciously chosen.

They were conditioned in us: picked up from mom, experienced with dad, absorbed from the atmosphere of the home we grew up in, from culture, from religion.

They were learned from our earliest heartbreaks, our earliest experiences of pain, our earliest experiences where we felt unsafe, our earliest experiences where we just wanted to belong and didn’t.

They were written by younger versions of ourselves, in moments that were too big for us to handle alone.

And they become protective patterns. Bracing for rejection, scanning for faults, people-pleasing, shutting down in conflict. They fire whenever your body senses a threat, often in ways that quietly run your life.

04 · Stories from our community

What happens when peoplefeel truly seen.

I'm in a relationship I never thought possible.

“I was getting over a breakup and had spent five years in therapy, but something was still locked away. This helped me see how my abandonment issues with my father were at the root and held me as I let go. Within 3 months, I lead my team with confidence, I'm in a relationship I never thought possible, and the little things don't steal my peace anymore. Healing one thing healed everything.”

Sheena
I rarely get activated into a stressful state anymore.

“The chains of my past are breaking. Things that once felt so difficult and negative look completely different now. Taking steps forward into self-love has shifted the lens of how I see people and circumstances. I rarely get activated into a stressful state anymore. I need less acceptance from others now. I feel beautiful and whole. It truly is liberating.”

Angie
My self-worth is not dictated by someone else's response.

“For so long, my emotions seemed unimportant. This helped me understand something fundamental: my feelings do matter. I am worthy of having feelings. I no longer abandon myself to make others comfortable. I no longer silence my needs. Honoring my emotions isn't weakness. It's the foundation of everything.”

Mary
My container of resilience is deeper and wider.

“Through this process, I feel so much more capable of handling things. Recently, I found myself wanting to fight for myself instead of fawning over a difficult client. That felt so empowering and liberating. This is serious progress for me because I'm a huge people pleaser. That impulse just didn't happen this time.”

Molly
I can see my fears coming now.

“My fears used to blindside me. They'd hit out of nowhere and spiral everything. Now I'm in a much better place. I know what activates me. I can see them coming. Acknowledging each emotion creates space for just living today for today, appreciating what today brings.”

Adriana
I can finally see him for who he actually is.

“Without realizing it, I was projecting past hurt onto my spouse. He was paying the price for what other people did. Realizing he's not them and releasing him from that conditioning has changed everything. I can finally see him for who he actually is instead of who my trauma expects him to be. That feels like real freedom.”

Lori
Rejection doesn't change who I am.

“Those core feelings of being unworthy finally made sense. I'd never understood where they came from before. Now I can see the path forward into reclaiming self-love and being open to receiving love from others. I feel confidence in myself to have conversations where I'm not held back by fear of rejection. What a wonderful revelation.”

Laura
More love than I knew was possible.

“Almost two years since I lost my love, Mike. I learned the skill of holding all of my feelings. By teaching my mind, my heart learned to live with grief without creating suffering. I'm practicing non-judgmental compassion and acceptance of my story. I am in awe of my life every day now.”

05 · A letter from our co-founder

I was stuck inside of my stories for a very long time.

I was terrified to feel my emotions, so I numbed myself with alcohol.

I was afraid to have needs, because I didn’t want to be a burden.

I believed I needed to be “perfect” in order to be loved well.

The truth is, it was really hard for me to just be… myself.

Because I was never modeled self-love. I was never modeled vulnerability or a healthy relationship to emotions. I was never modeled having needs, setting boundaries, or relationship repair.

And neither were my mom and dad.

So I chose to go find new models, unlearn what doesn’t work, and remember what does.

Today, I live in a completely different reality.

Age 34

I’m in the most nourishing relationship of my life, where I feel safe to be fully myself, and because of that, I feel more grounded, more at peace, more alive than I have ever been.

That looping voice in my head that used to tell me I wasn’t enough, it’s quiet now. Maybe ninety percent of the time.

I didn’t just change my stories. I shifted the part of me writing them.

And what I learned on that journey was this:

It should not be this hard.

Self-love should have been taught to us as children, the way we were taught to read. It wasn’t. So we built a safe place where you get to learn it now, gently, alongside others who had to figure out self love as adults.

And that’s why we exist.

To remind you that you’re doing great. Especially when it feels like you’re not.

With love,

Raj
